💞藥食同源 version 55~ 豬腦補腦謬誤 💞
🌹中醫藥學上普遍認為豬腦味甘性寒,可補益腦髓;疏風;潤澤生肌,對改善腎虛有一定幫助,可治神經衰弱症、睡眠障礙、暈眩、頭痛、腦鳴,傳統經驗上的一些食療,例如天麻豬腦湯以作補腦
🌹但李時珍的《本草綱目》中提出豬腦有毒“諸腦損陽滑精”男子食之會損精氣,不過一直以來中醫臨床上其實很少使用豬腦
🌹西醫學說即認為豬腦含有高膽固醇及飽和脂肪,過量食用容易令血脂過高,引發心血管問題提高中風機率,雖然其含有豐富鈣鐵磷質亦含有利於神經系統的維生素b雜,但100克豬腦已經有3100毫克膽固醇
🌹顯然易見豬腦的營養價值弊多於利,所以其實中西醫學上都並不鼓勵食用
🌹要補腦還有很多更好選擇例如:脂肪含量較高的魚類、腰果、合桃、堅果類、雞蛋、黃豆、薑黃、芹菜、洋蔥、藍莓, 佢哋都含有對腦部發展有益的各種營養素,例如omega-3、維生素b、卵磷脂
