💞藥食同源 version 57~ 紅棗酸棗分不清 💞

🌹紅棗、酸棗🫒同爲鼠李科植物，屬於同科不同種，原生植物外觀上很相似

🌹紅棗為橢圓形較大肉厚味甜，主要以肉入藥，一般原粒乾燥或切片乾燥，其核為2頭尖銳，為補氣要藥

🌹酸棗為圓形較細味酸，藥用在於核，其核為扁身圓狀，為安神要藥，核入藥是為酸棗仁，好多中成藥都有配伍成份

🌹而在養業種植上他們經常會互相嫁種，以改善其產量及減少敗種，所以2者之間關係非常密切，但藥效用途卻不一樣
