💞藥食同源 version 65：茯苓VS土茯苓 💞 

🌹茯苓、土茯苓相信有煲湯水經濟的的都不陌生

🌹茯苓祛濕健脾“寧心安神，常用於祛濕湯水之中，是真菌科植物，後者多了一個“土”字，原來跟前者完全是兩種不同的藥材、原生植物跟功效都不一樣。

🌹土茯苓屬於百合科，有清熱解毒、通利關節功效，對於濕熱人氣的皮膚問題有一定功效。

🌹兩者品種樣貌同功效都完全不相同，單純名字相似。

🌹不過要注意，茯苓屬於溫和祛濕藥材，可平日經常飲用，但係屬於利水滲濕藥材，如津液不足者，要慎用

🌹土茯苓屬於清熱藥，體質偏寒的就不適宜使用，如有需要使用，情況改善就需要停
