💞藥食同源 version 66：桑寄生 💞 

🌹桑寄生~寄生在桑樹的枝葉，稱為桑寄生，性平味苦，入肝腎經，著名的安胎藥方「壽胎丸」的一味藥，可養血安胎、祛風濕，補肝腎，強筋骨。但原來桑寄生有2款，淺色的是生桑寄生，較深色的是製寄生

🌹制寄生其實是用生桑寄生蒸煮等工序後再乾燥而成，功效上面差別其實不大，但去除了生寄生中的苦澀味，入口較順口

🌹但桑寄生並非孕婦專利，男士都好適合飲用，可以補肝腎強筋骨，正常小朋友腎氣足就不需要補腎，但如果小朋友先天不足也可以多飲
