🍂 霜降係秋天最後一個節氣,寒氣漸重,皮膚乾、喉嚨癢、咳嗽易發,媽媽們尤其要注意保暖同調理。

Frost's Descent is the last solar term of autumn. As the weather turns colder, dry skin, itchy throat, and coughing become more common—moms especially need to stay warm and take care of their health.

🌿 中醫話霜降係「收陽藏氣」嘅開始,養生重點係潤燥、補腎、養陰。

According to Chinese medicine, Frost's Descent marks the start of “storing yang and conserving energy.” The focus of seasonal wellness is moisturizing dryness, nourishing the kidneys, and supporting yin.

✅ 宜What to do:

食「黑白雙補」——白色如銀耳、百合、山藥潤肺;黑色如黑豆、黑芝麻、黑木耳補腎。

Eat “black & white nourishing foods”: white ingredients like snow fungus, lily bulbs, and Chinese yam help moisturize the lungs; black ingredients like black beans, black sesame, and black fungus support kidney health.

飲銀耳百合黑豆茶,滋陰潤肺又養膚。

Drink snow fungus + lily bulb + black bean tea—it nourishes yin, moisturizes the lungs, and improves skin.

用永久花純露保濕,加薰衣草精油泡腳,促進血液循環、放鬆情緒。

Use immortelle hydrosol for hydration, and soak your feet with lavender essential oil to boost circulation and relax your mood.

❌ 忌 What to avoid:

少食辛辣煎炸、燥熱上火食物(如炸雞、辣火鍋),易加重秋燥。

忌熬夜,夜晚係腎氣修復時間,早睡早起先養得好。

Don’t stay up late—nighttime is when kidney energy restores. Sleeping early helps nourish your body.
